Postage/Shipping is extra.
Customers will be invoiced in GBP.
Overseas customers will also be invoiced in  US Dollars or Euros.

(1) - From the catalogue select the relevant item that you would like to purchase. 
(2) - Copy the selected text with stock reference number using your edit button. 
(3) - Go to your send message page and paste the copied text into your email by clicking your right mouse button or using your edit button. 
(4) - Edit the text in your email message to your requirements.
(5) - Repeat the above for any other items you would like to buy.
(6) - Email your completed order to me.
(7) - I will acknowledge your order and then email you a proforma invoice including postage/shipping costs.
(8) - On receipt of payment I will then forward the ordered items on to you.

You can of course use your own preferred method of ordering.



How can I see illustrations of items for sale ?

(a) - When browsing each catalogue you can see an illustration of any described item by clicking the item reference number to the left of the text.

(c) - You can also go directly to my online photo albums where all the items for sale are illustrated in categories. Just click on the album (category) you are interested in.  You will be taken to my online photo album for that particular category and you will see thumbnail pictures of items in the chosen category. You have also the option of viewing in a larger detailed format or in a slide show format. If you click a particular photograph you will get a larger view plus a text description. Order in the usual way.



How do I pay ?

None UK customers can pay in preferred GB Pounds via PayPal.
You can also pay in Euros or US$ by Cash or via PayPal.
(Cash payments are sent at your own risk and should be securely packaged)

(Due to high clearing charges I cannot accept Euros or US$ in cheques/checks or money orders)

Items are sent on full approval and to your full satisfaction.
All items in the fixed price sections are described to my best ability. 
If you are not completely satisfied or you believe I have described an item incorrectly then simply return the goods for full credit.



How quickly are orders processed and delivered ?

I will process orders and enquiries as soon as possible after payment has been received but please bare in mind that I am a one-man operation and a backlog often builds up especially when I have been away on holiday, when a new catalogue has been published or when there has been a large eBay entry. 

Will you take suitable collectable items for cash or credit against purchases ?

I am interested in taking suitable items for stock.

How do I know what has been newly added to catalogues ?

To see what has been newly added to any particular catalogue - just scroll down until you see the flag. This indicates that this item has been added within the last month.  Once the item has been in the list over one month the flag automatically disappears.
